Balance Therapy Institute and Consulting provides therapy services to individuals (men, women, adolescents and children), couples, families, and children in Broward County, Florida. Our purpose at Balance is to help folks from all walks of life learn to balance life’s challenges (whether those be personal, professional or spiritual) through meaningful and collaborative conversations. Balance emphasizes the interconnectedness of the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual aspects of life. Hence, in order to live in Equilibrium we must be able to balance out the weight of our daily struggles, by exploring this system of interconnectedness and its effect on our personal/work relationships, family dynamics, spiritual growth, and much more.
